Order & Delivery Terms

These terms apply to orders for Suraj machines and equipment. Terms specified in our official quotation, order acknowledgement and mutually accepted Purchase Order shall take precedence.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon acceptance of the Purchase Order, finalization of technical specifications and scope, and receipt of the applicable advance payment.

Payment & Delivery

Payment terms and delivery schedules shall be as stated in our accepted quotation or Purchase Order. Delivery timelines generally commence after receipt of advance payment and complete technical clearance.

Technical Changes

Changes requested after order confirmation are subject to technical feasibility and may involve additional cost or revised delivery schedules.

Inspection & Quality

Machines undergo defined inspection and testing before dispatch. PDI, test charts and quality documentation shall be provided wherever included in the agreed scope.

Shipping & Installation

Packing, freight, insurance, unloading, installation, commissioning and training shall be governed by the agreed scope and commercial terms. Required site readiness shall be the customer's responsibility.

Warranty

Standard Warranty: 1 Year

Suraj machines carry a standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to agreed warranty conditions. Bought-out components are additionally governed by their respective manufacturer's terms. Normal wear, consumables, misuse and unauthorized modifications are excluded.

After-Sales Support

Technical assistance, spare parts, service, preventive maintenance and AMC support are available subject to applicable terms.

Governing Terms

The accepted quotation and Purchase Order shall prevail regarding specifications, price, taxes, payment, delivery, warranty and scope of supply.
